RV Condition Standards
To maintain our high community standards, all RVs must be in good condition and free of visible damage or wear. Units older than 15 years are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require management approval. We do not accept units with rust, broken windows, or peeling paint. If you’re unsure if your rig qualifies, please send us photos—we’re happy to provide guidance before you apply!
