RV Condition Standards
All RVs must be in good condition, free from visible damage, excessive wear, or structural issues. Units older than 15 years will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval. We do not accept RVs with peeling paint, rust, broken windows, tarps, or other signs of disrepair.If you're unsure whether your RV meets our standards, feel free to send us photos before applying — we’re happy to take a look and provide guidance!
